You must be at least 21 years of age to register on betprp. One account per person is permitted. betprp reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any point.
All transactions on betprp are processed in PKR. Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and bonus wagering requirements.
All bonuses offered by betprp are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. Bonus funds and winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until all conditions are met.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, abuse of bonuses, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. betprp will close accounts and void balances where such conduct is identified.
betprp provides deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. These Terms require players to use the platform responsibly and to notify betprp if they believe they have a gambling problem.
betprp's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time a dispute arises. betprp is not liable for technical failures, connectivity issues, or losses arising from player error.
Important Notice: By registering an account on betprp, accessing the betprp platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the betprp platform.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the relationship between betprp ("betprp", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("you", "your", or "Player") who accesses or uses the betprp platform, website, or any services offered through betprp.net.
betprp operates an online casino and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and elsewhere. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets including PSL cricket and international fixtures, esports betting, roulette, slot games, and related entertainment services.
These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language for all contractual and dispute resolution purposes. Where a translation of these Terms has been made available, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or conflict.
betprp reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the betprp platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the betprp platform. betprp strictly enforces this age limit. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is prohibited, and any account found to have been opened by an underage individual will be immediately closed. Any funds held in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable compliance procedures.
betprp's services are made available to individual players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms. You represent and warrant that:
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on betprp. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variant of it, or a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. betprp will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them. If you have lost access to your account, please contact betprp support rather than registering a new one.
betprp is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your relationship with betprp. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betprp username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betprp will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your betprp account and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
If you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your betprp account, you must notify betprp support immediately via the contact details provided on the betprp website. betprp may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
Your betprp account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account to place bets, play games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. betprp reserves the right to suspend accounts where third-party use is suspected.
betprp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following locally integrated payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time at betprp's discretion and will be listed on the betprp platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your betprp account dashboard and on the betprp payments page. These limits may vary by payment method and may be subject to change without prior notice. betprp will endeavour to communicate material changes to transaction limits to affected players in advance.
Withdrawal requests are subject to betprp's KYC verification requirements being satisfied in full before funds are released. betprp aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the betprp platform, which vary by payment method. betprp is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Where a player's account balance includes bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements, withdrawal of those funds will not be permitted until the relevant requirements have been met. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus terms may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements.
betprp reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, betprp will notify the player and may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions made available by betprp are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion on the betprp platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by betprp must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.
betprp monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to claiming the same promotion multiple times, hedging bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or using automated software to exploit promotions — will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited. Their account may also be suspended.
Unclaimed bonuses and any bonus funds remaining in an account after the expiry period stated in the applicable promotion terms will be automatically removed from the player's account. betprp is not obligated to notify players individually before bonus expiry, though reminders may be sent at betprp's discretion.
All bets placed on betprp are final once confirmed by the betprp system. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and other parameters before confirming a wager. betprp will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of player error except at betprp's absolute discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Sports betting odds displayed on the betprp platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those in effect at the time of confirmation, not at the time the bet slip was initially populated. betprp reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error.
Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, betprp's specific sport rules will govern the settlement of affected bets. In the absence of applicable specific rules, betprp will void all bets on the event and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. betprp's decision on void and cancelled event settlements is final.
Each casino game available on betprp is governed by its own in-game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology tested by independent auditors. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.
Live dealer games are subject to the same general gaming rules set out in these Terms in addition to any rules specific to the live dealer table in operation. Technical disconnections during a live dealer session will be handled in accordance with betprp's disconnection policy, which is available on the betprp help pages.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betprp platform. betprp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit any funds held therein:
All content on the betprp platform — including but not limited to the betprp brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of betprp or its licensed suppliers. No part of the betprp platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of betprp.
betprp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betprp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the betprp platform or its content.
betprp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering on betprp, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
betprp may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, and third-party KYC and AML service providers where required by law or where betprp has a legitimate interest in doing so for compliance purposes. betprp will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

betprp reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required by regulatory authorities. During a suspension, betprp may place a hold on any funds in the account pending investigation.
betprp may permanently close a player account where: (a) a serious or repeated breach of these Terms has been established; (b) a player is found to have provided false identity information; (c) regulatory or legal requirements compel closure; or (d) betprp ceases to offer services in the relevant jurisdiction. On permanent closure, any legitimate verified balance will be returned to the player minus any amounts owed to betprp.
You may close your betprp account at any time by contacting betprp support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method once all outstanding wagering requirements and KYC requirements have been satisfied. Closure requests initiated under betprp's self-exclusion programme are subject to the specific terms of that programme.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betprp's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the betprp platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.
betprp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betprp platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if betprp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
betprp does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures. betprp is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures outside its control; force majeure events; third-party payment processor delays or errors; or unavailability of third-party game software.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming compliance standards and the terms of betprp's operating framework. betprp will make every reasonable effort to resolve player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your betprp experience, you should first contact betprp support. betprp will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through betprp's internal process, betprp will provide details of any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism.
betprp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betprp will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the betprp platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the betprp platform and may close your account by contacting betprp support. betprp will process any verified account balance in accordance with Section 11.3.
